In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing installation projects for new clients, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. You will coordinate closely with customers, technical teams, and internal departments to align project timelines, resolve issues, and keep all stakeholders informed. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nThe successful candidate will be based in Warsaw, Poland, will play a crucial role in the Onboarding Installations Team within Planet Operations. The mission of our Installation Team is to deliver bespoke payment solutions to our customers right first time. This position requires that you exude excellence and professionalism while guaranteeing a proactive communication throughout the project until our solution is successfully installed, and more importantly, our customer is happy.\nWhat will you do:\nPlan and schedule installation projects from initiation to completion.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase.\nCoordinate with internal teams involved into Onboarding process to ensure timely delivery of the solution.\nContact customers, by email and phone, to schedule installations appointment.
