In addition, perform rework on assemblies and/or systems in response to failures and nonconformance.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n· Performs electro-mechanical, optical assembly, inspection, test and packing of medical devices using GMP.\n· Performs routine department support and documentation functions.\n· Accurately fills out required production records.\n· Measures, counts and weighs material.\n· Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including departmental SOPs.\n· Report any problems or concerns to manufacturing supervisor, manager or responsible Engineer.\n· Communicate ideas for process improvement.\n· Ability to complete tasks within specified timeline\n· Analyze equipment performance and schedule maintenance and calibration as required.\n· Utilize online databases to accurately transact material, review drawings, and bills of material.\n· Train other manufacturing personnel on operations or functions that you are certified to perform.\n· Ability to work with established drawings, procedures and verbal instructions.\n· Ability to recognize issues, determine and describe potential solutions.\n· Other duties as needed or required.\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:\n· High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree preferred.\n· Must have at least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in production assembly or related experience.\n· Manual dexterity, basic soldering skills, and aptitude for electro-mechanical components.\n· Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (metric/standard conversions).\n· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n· Highly motivated with commitment to production timelines.\n· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.\n· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\n· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and/or hear, use hands to handle and manipulate small objects.\n· Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n· Hands-on experience with optics/lasers in the medical device industry is a strong
