Target PR Range: 21-31/hr DOE The individual will create laboratory batches, perform experiments, manage raw material inventories, conduct sample testing and analysis (including but not limited to stability, package functionality, etc.), and support pilot/scale-up documentation and activities. Qualifications: One to three years or more experience in topical cosmetic/OTC formulations is requiredPossess a good overall working knowledge of common laboratory methods and has experience operating laboratory equipment and process knowledge is required to make formulation batchesGood communication skillsAttention to details & good documentation & organizational skillsFamiliar with GMP/GLPAbility to work in fast paced environment and to manage multiple projectsTeam player with positive mindsetExperience in scale-up and manufacturing would be a plus.Experience Level = 1-3 Years
