They will also support the financial reporting, and compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, implementing effective internal controls, and leading a\nglobal team.\nEssential Functions:\nPrepare global monthly financial consolidations and produce the monthly consolidated financials.Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPa:A) team to prepare the Board and Lender reporting package for review by the CFO.Support the annual budget process by consolidating input from all companies and producing the necessary schedules for the FP&A team.Primary day-to-day contact for external audits as well as work with auditors on other items including purchases accounting related to M&A activities.Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and develop new policies as required.Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.Support the preparation and analysis of actual versus budgeted results for revenue and expenses items.Work with Treasury to prepare the weekly rolling cash forecast.Maintain the consolidation reporting system to ensure that the mapping of all GL accounts from various companies is consistent.Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable guidelines.Plan, assign, and direct
