# IT Application Manager (Integration)

Job Summary The IT Applications Manager - Integration will lead the design, implementation, integration, and operational support of enterprise application integrations across the organization. This role is responsible for enabling secure, scalable, and standards-based interoperability between business systems, including EHR platforms (HL7 & FHIR), cloud environments (AWS), and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce. The IT Applications Manager - Integration will lead a team of developers and oversee integration architecture, interface development, API strategy, vendor coordination, and operational support while ensuring compliance, performance, and reliability of mission-critical enterprise systems. Essential Functions Lead architecture, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise integrations.Architect and manage integrations within AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, RDS).Establish API governance and interoperability standards across platforms.Support integration across all enterprise systems.Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution processes.Ensure HIPAA and healthcare data compliance.Lead and mentor integration engineers and analysts.Coordinate cross-fun
