This is a hands on role for the design, development, and delivery of Workday HCM integrations and enterprise integration solutions, while supporting automation and emerging AI-driven capabilities that enable continued growth and operational excellence.\nResponsibilities: \n*Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and technical solutions.\n*Serve as the technical lead for Workday initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.\n*Provide architectural guidance across Workday Integrations, Extend, APIs, Orchestrate, and AI-enabled solutions.\n*In addition to being hands-on, this role may lead Workday developers and integration consultants, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical oversight.\n*Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\n*Establish technical standards, governance processes, and best practices across the Workday platform.\n*Oversee integration development using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies.\n*Drive adoption of Workday Extend, Workday AI/Illuminate, and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency.\n*Manage technical deliverables, project timelines, risks, dependencies, and production support activities.\n*Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance requirements.\n*Troubleshoot complex integrations and platform issues, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation.\n*Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate new Workday capabilities and platform enhancements.?\nRequired:\n*10+ years of HCM technical experience, including at least 8+ years of Workday Integrations and technical solution delivery.\n*Proven experience leading Workday technical teams and enterprise-scale implementations.\n*Deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, Workday APIs, and web services.\n*Strong experience with Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate, and custom application development.\n*Experience implementing and leveraging Workday AI/Illuminate capabilities and automation solutions.\n*Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and integration architecture.\n*Experience with enterprise middleware, cloud integrations, and API-driven architecture.\n*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead technical resources across projects and support activities.\n*Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Time Tracking business processes.\n*Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, ServiceNow, and DevOps practices.\n*Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\n*Workday certifications in Integrations, Extend, or related areas are highly desirable.\n*Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and AI-enabled workforce solutions is a plus.\nPreferred:\n*Certification on one or more (Workday Pro Integrations, Workday Pro Studio, Workday Pro Extend, Workday Pro Orchestrate, Workday Pro
