Functions:\n* Execute functional potency bioassays, flow cytometry, and other analytical methods to support AD studies.\n* Perform potency testing using multiple analytical platforms, including ELISA and other plate-based methods.\n* Support biologics-related analytical workstreams through assay execution, data generation, and documentation.\n* Troubleshoot, optimize, and trend assay performance in conjunction with the manager.\n* Perform data analysis and data verification; maintain raw-data trackers and generate experimental reports as needed.\n* Contribute to the identification, development, and validation of assay controls, including experimental design, assay execution, data analysis, and cell-line maintenance.\n* Execute test methods in support of AD activities.\n* Identify and manage analytical reagents and instrumentation in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.\n* Promote cross-functional communication and organization related to workflow logistics and data reporting.\n* Maintain excellent written documentation, including electronic lab notebooks, test forms, and technical documents such as SOPs and study reports.\nEducation and Experience:?\n* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cell & Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or an equivalent qualification.\n* At least 2 years of relevant industry experience preferred; candidates with a master’s degree and 0-2+ years of industry experience may also be considered.\n* Preferred experience in analytical development for cell and gene therapy \n* Experience with sample management and ELN/LIMS systems.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n* Experience executing potency assays and supporting assay troubleshooting, optimization, and performance trending.\n* Demonstrated experience with flow cytometry or other immunostaining-based methods.\n* Experience with at least one additional relevant method, such as mammalian cell culture or ELISA.\n* Familiarity with laboratory equipment including multichannel pipettes, centrifuges, microscopes, plate readers, plate washers, and flow cytometers.\n* Ability to organize and perform basic analysis of experimental data, including use of Excel.\n* Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear technical documentation.\n* Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.\nPay Rate Range: 48-52/hr *based on
