In this role the individual will be responsible for collaborating and communicating across the organization to assure on-time delivery of high-quality characterized materials.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Designs, executes, and analyzes LCMS, SEC and other experiments to assess physicochemical properties of antibody and non-antibody protein reagents.\n* Performs development, validation and implementation of quantitative and qualitative assays using physiochemical methodologies (i.e. LC-MS, SEC-RI, UV-Vis) with minimal guidance.\n* Performs method development and refines characterization protocols as needed.\n* Works with minimal oversight to interpret results, plan next steps, compile final data summaries, and present results to stakeholders.\n* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and relay information back to the group.\n* Troubleshoots instrument problems and malfunctions with minimal guidance.\n* Maintains required training per BMS standard operating procedures.\n* Maintains and completes notebooks and other documentation as per departmental guidelines.\nQualifications & Experience\n* Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related industry experience\n* Master’s Degree with 1+ years of related industry experience\n* Operational and theoretical understanding of Mass Spectrometry, size exclusion chromatography and reverse phase chromatography\n* Basic understanding of protein conjugation chemistry is required;
