assigned.\nEscort candidates during onsite interviews.\nSetting up conference rooms for seminars.\nRequired Skills, Experience and Education:\nHigh School diploma/GED with a minimum of one (2) years of general administrative support experience required.\nAny equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.\n3 years of administrative experience including experience managing calendars.\nTeam player with strong attention to detail and client service focus.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and oral.\nSelf-starter with good problem-solving abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.\nDemonstrated organizational/time utilization skills.\nProven attention to detail/accuracy.\nExcellent client services skills.\nAbility to work cross functionally with a wide range of colleagues at various levels.\nProficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nPreferred Skills:\nGreenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
