The Technical Solution Engineer will work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet customer needs. This role involves troubleshooting, integrating systems, and ensuring seamless performance of applications and databases. This role offers a flexible working environment, with the option for hybrid work arrangements.\nWhat you will do:\nCollaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. \nDesign and implement technical solutions using SQL for data management and one of the programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript). \nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to databases, applications, and system integrations.\nOptimize database performance by writing and tuning complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. \nDevelop custom scripts, tools, and applications to enhance system functionality and improve client workflows. \nDocument system processes, configurations, and technical solutions for both internal and client use. \nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). \nStrong proficiency in SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing complex queries. \nProficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or JavaScript. \nExperience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.\nExperience in system integration, troubleshooting, and technical solution implementation. \nExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of version control systems (Git) and software development best practices. \nExperience with APIs and system integrations for enterprise applications. \nExposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management. \nWhy Planet :\nPlanet is an equal opportunity employer where diversity is valued, and all employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.\nCome and grow your career in the most exciting, fast paced technology market, with a business that delivers feel-good connected commerce.
