In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country.\nMid Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer supporting Peace Corps initiatives through the configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Works closely with senior developers, administrators, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable, and user-focused CRM applications.\nExperienced in CRM configuration, JavaScript development, classic workflows, SSRS reporting, CRM security, testing, and solution-based application lifecycle management within Agile delivery environments.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, test, and implement CRM solutions based on stakeholder requirements.\nLeverage Azure DevOps and participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies.\nCreate technical designs, mock-ups, and prototypes to support CRM enhancements and new functionality.\nParticipate in technical design discussions, solution reviews, and testing activities.\nConfigure and customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, controls, and business processes.\nDevelop JavaScript customizations, workflows, and supported CRM automation solutions.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution design artifacts.\nDevelop FetchXML queries, SSRS reports, and supporting SQL-based reporting solutions.\nPerform unit testing, regression testing, QA validation, and troubleshooting activities.\nCollaborate with administrators, project managers, developers, and end users to deliver maintainable CRM solutions.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3+ years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in a federal civilian agency\nHands-on experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM using solution-based application lifecycle management practices.\nExperience designing CRM entities, forms, views, controls, Advanced Find queries, and SiteMap navigation.\nExperience developing JavaScript customizations, classic workflows, and supported CRM automation solutions.\nKnowledge of the Agile delivery processes and working within established application lifecycle management practices.\nPrevious experience using Dynamics CRM administrative and configuration tools, including XRM Toolbox and related utilities.\nProven experience with CRM security including business units, teams, and security roles.\nExperience developing, deploying, and optimizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports, including FetchXML- and SQL-based datasets, report parameters, drill-through reports, subreports, report subscriptions, data-driven reporting solutions, and performance tuning\nThe ability to perform testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, QA planning, and defect resolution.\nCore Technical Skills\nMicrosoft Dynamics CRM\nJavaScript, HTML\nClassic Workflows\nCustom CRM Entities, Forms, Views, Controls, and SiteMap\nSolution-Based Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)\nFetchXML, T-SQL query development\nSQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)\nXRM Toolbox Utilities (Ribbon Workbench, Plugin Registration Tool, Web Resource Manager, and related Tools)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Dynamics CRM integrations with SharePoint Online and other enterprise business systems.\nProven experience configuring Dynamics CRM security roles, teams, business units, and user access permissions.\nPrevious experience working in Microsoft federal cloud environments, including GCC, or under FedRAMP-aligned controls.\nFamiliarity with Section 508 accessibility, federal records-management expectations, and secure software-development practices.\nMicrosoft Dynamics CRM certification or equivalent Dynamics CRM development
