We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.\nJob Overview\n PlanetArt is looking for a Product Manager, Mobile to support the company's Mobile R&D department. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Product Management, Mobile, to plan vision, execution, and tracking of mobile app development products. Candidate will also be responsible for mobile analytics, revenue growth and ensuring the success of their apps. The Product Manager is the business owner for their websites. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nProduct Managers are accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, owning the full journey from the moment a customer discovers the site or app-through product exploration, purchase, fulfillment, and delivery. This includes ensuring that the physical product meets or exceeds customer expectations and that delivery timing aligns with promised and expected arrival windows. The role requires holistic thinking across acquisition, user experience, platform performance, operations, and post-purchase touchpoints to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across the entire customer lifecycle.\nPLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Calabasas area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote)\nWhat You'll Do\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlan and execute mobile development projects\nDefine project scope, objectives, and requirements\nWork closely with the team of Project Managers and mobile QA testers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment\nLeverage advanced technical analytics skills including SQL querying, Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Amplitude and data visualization tools to monitor website performance, identify user behavior trends, and provide actionable insights that guide product strategy and feature optimization.\nLeverage AI to improve internal efficiencies, develop prototypes, execute roadmap, and analyze data. \nCreate and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Own the release date\nMonitor project progress and communicate potential risks or delays\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative and Content, to refine project scope and requirements\nCollaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of mobile applications\nIdentify, document and prioritize defect resolution\nCreate, update and maintain project documentation in Confluence\nWork closely with development and QA teams to help resolve project-related issues\nMonitor app performance, analytics and revenue. Act as an owner for the app business.\nRequirements\nWhat You Should Have\nSkills, Qualifications, and Requirements\n\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\n3+ years product management experience required\nTechnical understanding of mobile/web technologies, platforms, and development methodologies\nExperience using AI to develop products and/or in a PM capacity.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nExperience with QA and testing practices for mobile/web applications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of audiences including technologists, executives, business partners and IT team members\nAbility to work collaboratively and cross-departmentally\nWhat You Can Expect\nWorking Conditions\n\nWork is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.\nOccasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.\nPosition requires regular, continuous use of computer.\nPosition requires regular sitting and standing.\nPosition requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Zoom, or email.\nMay require occasional travel.\nThis is a hybrid position;
