The work we do gives computers, laptops, tablets, and other devices a second life and gives businesses, students, families, and communities greater access to the technology they need. \nWe are looking for teammates who want to be part of building the future! \nPosition Overview: \nPlanITROI is seeking IT Asset Receiving team members for atemp-to-perm opportunity with a 90-day conversion period. The IT Asset Receiving team is responsible for unloading, inspecting, and processing all incoming shipments of equipment, materials, and supplies. This role ensures that all items are properly documented, verified against purchase orders, and prepared for storage or further processing. The IT Asset Receiving team member plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. \nHours/Days: Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM \nKey Responsibilities \nTag, label, and route materials to designated storage areas or production departments. \nAccurately record receipts in the inventory management system. \nAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy. \nMaintain a clean and organized receiving area, ensuring compliance with safety standards. \nCollaborate with other operations and production team members to support smooth material flow. \nFollow all company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, and security guidelines. \nQualifications & Experience \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. \nPrevious experience in warehouse receiving or logistics. \nAbility to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.); certification is a plus. \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. \nBasic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems. \nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. \nStrong communication and teamwork skills. \nUpon conversion, PlanITROI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) with company matches, paid time off, and more.
