This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building fast, thinking critically, and improving products beyond the original ask.\nWhat This Role Looks Like\nYou’ll be responsible for taking ideas, features, fixes, and improvements and driving them forward independently.\nThat means:\nBuilding the feature\nTesting it thoroughly\nRefining the UX/UI where needed\nCommunicating tradeoffs and blockers clearly\nSuggesting better approaches when appropriate\nWe value people who think like product owners, not task executors.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and ship features across multiple projects using Lovable and modern web stacks\nQA and validate your own work before handoff\nImprove workflows, UX, and product quality proactively\nDebug, refine, and extend generated code when needed\nWork independently while keeping communication clear and proactive\nHelp move projects forward quickly without sacrificing quality\nRequirements\nStrong experience with Lovable for rapid feature development and prototyping\nStrong full-stack engineering skills (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, or similar)\nAbility to work directly in code when overrides, debugging, or refinements are needed\nStrong product intuition and design awareness\nExperience building polished applications end-to-end\nExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)\nComfortable managing multiple concurrent projects\nReliable part-time availability on an ongoing basis\nBonus Points\nExperience working on SaaS or marketing technology products\nStrong UI/UX instincts without requiring detailed design direction\nExperience working closely with founders or fast-moving startup teams\nAbility to identify product gaps and propose thoughtful solutions proactively\nWhat We Value\nWe care about builders who take pride in their work, think independently, and genuinely care about product quality.\nIf you’re the type of person who notices what could be better -
