PSI is seeking an AMOC Engineering and Integration Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center.\nThis role is responsible for overseeing the integration, engineering, and modernization of C4I systems, ensuring seamless interoperability across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications environments while aligning system enhancements, upgrades, and operational capabilities with mission priorities and performance requirements.\nEssential Functions and Job Responsibilities\nLead engineering and integration activities across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems\nOversee system integration efforts to ensure interoperability across C4I platforms and environments\nManage engineering teams responsible for system upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives\nCoordinate integration of new technologies, sensors, and communications capabilities into existing infrastructure\nEnsure system configurations, baselines, and changes are properly managed and documented\nProvide technical direction for troubleshooting complex system integration issues\nSupport planning and execution of technology refresh and capability expansion efforts\nCollaborate with Government stakeholders to align engineering priorities with mission needs\nEnsure compliance with configuration management, security, and quality assurance requirements\nSupport testing, validation, and deployment of integrated system capabilities\nCoordinate across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless system performance\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; experience may substitute\nExperience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environments\nExperience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network components\nExperience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systems\nExperience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faults\nDemonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments\n 10+ years:Managing and directing advanced C4I engineering and integration activities across the team\nEvaluating, analyzing, redesigning, and enhancing C4I user interfaces using C, C++, GTK, and Google Protocol Buffers\nEvaluating, analyzing, designing, redesigning, and enhancing C4I and sensor-based air and maritime data systems using C and C++\nOverseeing and validating system wiring diagrams and data flow technical documentation\nOverseeing and supporting updates to maintenance manuals and other contract-required documentation\nLeading the development and sustainment of C4I ancillary systems\nDemonstrating supervisory and management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer-related fields\n\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to work in operational environments supporting technical systems\nMay require standing, walking, and limited lifting of equipment\nAbility to travel and deploy to operational locations as required\nAdditional Information\nTravel is required to support mission operations, system maintenance, and engineering activities across CBP operational locations. Personnel will deploy to sites including CAMOC in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and other CONUS and OCONUS locations to perform installation, troubleshooting, integration, and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. Travel may be scheduled or occur on short notice in response to mission priorities or system outages. Duration may range from short-term temporary duty to extended support periods based on operational needs.
