This role will support enterprise reporting, analytics, and cloud modernization initiatives leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Azure Cloud Services, Power Platform, and Databricks.\nEssential Functions and Job Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and support solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services, Power Apps, and Power Platform technologies. \nSupport cloud modernization initiatives, including the migration of legacy reporting and analytics solutions to Azure and Databricks environments. \nParticipate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations and retrospectives \nDesign and code high-quality deliverables adhering to standards and design principles \nProduce quality and timely deliverables \nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, risks, and opportunities that drive informed decision-making. \nBuild informative reports / dashboards, application of statistical methods, and deep investigation. \nSupport root cause analysis and resolution for complex issues regarding performance, scaling, and custom configuration \nAdvanced knowledge in using data visualization effectively to tell a story and drive action by presenting information, defining and designing KPI based dashboards / reports that summarize customer insights and highlight “hot spots” for the customer \nWork with Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists, to define back-end requirements for data products (aggregations, materialized views, tables - visualization) \nPerform data investigation to discover correlations / trends and the ability to explain them, and collaborate with internal and external customers to develop an analytics portfolio consistent with the vision and goals of our stakeholders \nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree and. 10 years experience in a software development.
