expectations to establish the scope of work.\nPrepare project schedules, work plans, material requirements, manpower estimates and equipment allocation plans.\nCoordinate engineering installation, maintenance and project execution activities with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.\nReview technical drawings, specifications and work methods and coordinate clarification of technical discrepancies.\nMonitor project progress, costs, resource utilization and delivery timelines, and recommend corrective measures when necessary.\nPrepare and review technical submissions, quotations, material lists, method statements, inspection records and project reports as required.\nCoordinate procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment to support timely execution.\nMonitor project quality, testing, commissioning, rectification and handover activities.\nConduct project risk assessments and coordinate environmental protection and WSH compliance activities.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement suitable process improvements and technology solutions.\nCommunicate project updates, technical issues, risks, variations and corrective actions to management and stakeholders.\nEnsure project documentation is properly maintained and that completed work meets contractual requirements and applicable standards.\nSkills\nInfluencing Key
