Our employees in 50 countries worldwide - all working with passion to enable high-tech applications with our strong metals: tungsten and molybdenum.\nOur CERATIZIT sites in India are key production and sales locations - offering precision tools and services for the automotive, aerospace, electronics and engineering sectors, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.\nJoin a highly motivated team in India, where local expertise meets the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group.\nTASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES\nPlan, coordinate, and execute production activities for the manufacturing of Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Cutting Tools to meet production targets.\nMonitor and optimize manufacturing processes including CNC tool grinding, edge preparation, coating coordination, inspection, and packaging operations.\nEnsure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, delivery commitments, and cost objectives.\nAnalyze and improve machine utilization, cycle times, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).\nCoordinate with Design, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely order execution.\nMonitor tooling performance, process capability, and product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications.\nEnsure proper utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to achieve optimal production costs.\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities by validating manufacturing processes and establishing production standards.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.\nPROFILE & REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.\n5-8 years of experience in cutting tools manufacturing, CNC grinding, precision machining, or tool production environments.\nStrong knowledge of Solid Carbide Cutting Tools, End Mills, Drills, Reamers, Taps, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Tools.\nHands-on experience with CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines such as Surface, WALTER, Rollomatic, or equivalent.\nGood understanding of metal cutting principles, tool geometry, carbide grades, grinding processes, and tool manufacturing methods.\nKnowledge of production planning, capacity utilization, process optimization, and shop floor management.\nFamiliarity with quality tools, SPC, GD&T, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nEffective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nOpportunity to work with advanced CNC cutting tool manufacturing technologies.\nExposure to international quality standards and world-class manufacturing practices.\nAttractive compensation and benefits package based on experience and qualifications.\nLong-term growth opportunities within a technology-driven manufacturing organization.\nVijaya Kumar | Recruiting Team |  India Pvt.
