Our employees in 50 countries worldwide - all working with passion to enable high-tech applications with our strong metals: tungsten and molybdenum.\nOur CERATIZIT sites in India are key production and sales locations - offering precision tools and services for the automotive, aerospace, electronics and engineering sectors, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.\nJoin a highly motivated team in India, where local expertise meets the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group.\nTASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES\nVisit 4-5 machine shops, CNC shops, and auto ancillary customers daily to generate business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.\nProvide application support for Turning, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, and Threading operations.\nConduct tooling trials using CNMG, DNMG, WNMG, CCMT, and other cutting tools to demonstrate productivity and tool life improvements.\nRecommend optimal cutting parameters (Speed, Feed, and DOC) for materials such as MS, SS, Cast Iron, EN8, and EN31.\nPrepare techno-commercial quotations including tool grade, coating, pricing, and tool life comparisons.\nFollow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of receivables within the agreed credit period.\nIdentify customer machining challenges and recommend suitable tooling solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.\nEngage at multiple levels and build brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customer organizations.\nPROFILE / REQUIREMENTS\nBE in Mechanical Engineering, B Tech, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or equivalent.\n5 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development within the cutting tools, tooling, metalworking, or manufacturing industry.\nStrong knowledge of machine processes such as Turning, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, and Threading.\nGood understanding of Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Cutting Tools, Carbide Rods, Inserts, and Special Purpose Tools.\nAbility to identify customer machining challenges and recommend suitable tooling solutions to improve productivity and cost efficiency.\nFamiliarity with CNC machining operations, cutting parameters, tool selection, cycle-time optimization, and process improvements.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nInternational collaboration in an innovative, fast-growing company.\nExtensive training and professional development opportunities.\nAttractive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.\nOpportunity to work on advanced CNC cutting tool technologies and global customer projects\nVijaya Kumar | Recruiting Team |  India Pvt.
