Our employees in 50 countries worldwide - all working with passion to enable high-tech applications with our strong metals: tungsten and molybdenum.\nOur CERATIZIT sites in India are key production and sales locations - offering precision tools and services for the automotive, aerospace, electronics and engineering sectors, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.\nJoin a highly motivated team in India, where local expertise meets the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group.\nTASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES\nImplement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements.\nEnsure proper Quality Assurance (QA) practices and maintain all related documentation, records, procedures, and work instructions.\nCoordinate calibration activities for measuring and inspection instruments and maintain accurate calibration records.\nPlan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and support external IMS certification audits.\nPrepare and maintain Management Review Meeting (MRM) documents, reports, presentations, and action trackers.\nSupport supplier evaluation activities and conduct supplier audits whenever required.\nMonitor corrective and preventive actions, ensure compliance with IMS standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nPROFILE & REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech Mechanical).\n0-2 years of experience in QHSE, IMS, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or related areas.\nBasic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Integrated Management Systems.\nUnderstanding of quality documentation, internal audits, calibration systems, and compliance requirements.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong communication, documentation, analytical, and coordination skills with attention to detail.\nFemale candidates and local residents of Kolkata will be preferred\nWHAT WE OFFER\nInternational collaboration in an innovative, fast-growing company\nExtensive training and development opportunities\nAttractive compensation package based on qualifications and experience\nVijaya Kumar | Recruiting Team |  India Pvt.
