Our employees in 50 countries worldwide - all working with passion to enable high-tech applications with our strong metals: tungsten and molybdenum.\nOur CERATIZIT sites in India are key production and sales locations - offering precision tools and services for the automotive, aerospace, electronics and engineering sectors, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.\nJoin a highly motivated team in India, where local expertise meets the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group.\nTasks & Responsibilities\nSet up and operate CNC grinding machines.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and quality specifications.\nPerform wheel mounting, dressing, and balancing activities.\nLoad, edit, and run CNC grinding programs.\nMonitor grinding parameters and optimize cycle times.\nConduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.\nMaintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.\nPerform routine machine maintenance and TPM activities.\nFollow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.\nReport machine, tooling, or quality issues to the supervisor.\nProfile & Requirements\nITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\n2-5 years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding operations preferred.\nExperience in precision component manufacturing is an advantage.\nExperience operating or similar CNC cylindrical grinding machines.\nKnowledge of external, internal, and universal grinding processes.\nAbility to read engineering drawings and GD&T.\nProficient in using micrometres, bore gauges, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments.\nUnderstanding of grinding wheels, dressing methods, and machining parameters.\nWhat we Offer\nInternational collaboration in an innovative, fast-growing company\nExtensive training and development opportunities\nAttractive compensation package based on qualifications and experience\nVijaya Kumar | Recruiting Team |  India Pvt.
