Join us.\nYour role.\nYour work will include, but not be limited to:\nParticipate in all phases of a project from planning through implementation and support.\nCollaborate with internal clients to develop, validate, and implement software solutions based on client requirements, enterprise standards and defined design patterns.\nTroubleshoot and solve multiple issues concurrently.\nDocumentation and technical support activities.\nParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives.\nArchitect Power Platform solutions across SharePoint and Dataverse, selecting the right data backend, connectors, and integration patterns.\nThe qualifications.\nBachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred. We will consider substantially equivalent certifications to satisfy some or all of the educational requirements.\n3 or more years of hands-on experience with modern web application, enterprise application development platforms, and integrations is required\n1 or more years of experience as a Power Platform developer including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate is required\nExperience with SQL and SharePoint is required\nStrong understanding of standard, premium, and custom connectors, including building and maintaining custom connectors (OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, and policies), is required\nStrong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of relational databases and data models\nDeep Microsoft Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and calculated/rollup columns), with sound judgment on when to use Dataverse vs. SharePoint, is required \nExperience with Azure DevOps and GitHub is desired\nExperience creating technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, designs, and operational support documentation is desired\nPro-code extensibility is a plus: Power Apps Code Apps (React/TypeScript, code-first), Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components, and plugins/JavaScript; C#, REST, and JSON\nPL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) certification strongly preferred\nExperience with VS Code, the Power Platform CLI, and AI-assisted development workflows is a plus\nThis position may require some local and national travel\nThis is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.\nWhat makes us different?\nOn the surface, we’re one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms.
