Join us.\nPosition Summary: Serves as a key leader within the Public Sector Management Consulting practice, supporting government, utility, K-12, and higher education clients throughout the Southeast region. This individual is responsible for leading complex ERP advisory, implementation oversight, IV&V, project management, organizational change management, and post-production optimization engagements.\nThe Manager collaborates with client executives, project teams, and firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service while supporting business development, practice growth, staff development, and operational excellence. This role will help expand the Southeast practice's capacity to support increasing client demand and growing market opportunities.\nClient Delivery & Project Leadership\nLead multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\nServe as a trusted advisor to client executives and project stakeholders.\nProvide oversight and guidance for ERP assessments, software selections, implementation oversight, IV&V, project management, and post-production support engagements.\nFacilitate executive steering committees, project governance meetings, and stakeholder workshops.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.\nReview work products and ensure consistent delivery quality across engagement teams.\nClient Relationship Management\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.\nSupport account growth through cross-serving and expansion opportunities.\nIdentify emerging client needs and help develop solutions that provide long-term value.\nContribute to client satisfaction and retention efforts across the Southeast region.\nPractice Development\nSupport proposal development, presentations, and pursuit activities.\nParticipate in conferences, industry events, and networking activities.\nAssist with developing thought leadership, market strategies, and public sector go-to-market initiatives.\nContribute to revenue growth and expansion of the firm's public sector presence.\nStaff Development & Leadership\nCoach, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consultants.\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, and integration of new team members.\nFoster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a positive team culture.\nAssist with performance management, career development, and leadership development initiatives.\nPractice Operations\nSupport resource planning and engagement staffing efforts.\nMonitor project financial performance and utilization goals.\nAssist with practice operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic planning activities.\nContribute to succession planning and leadership development within the practice.\nQualifications\nBachelors’ Degree in Business, Public Administration or related field is required. Master's degree preferred.\n7-10 years of consulting, public sector, ERP, project management, technology transformation, or related experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading large, complex projects and client relationships.\nExperience working with state and local governments, utilities, K-12 school districts, or higher education institutions preferred.\nExperience with ERP modernization initiatives, including solutions such as Oracle, Workday, Tyler Technologies, , SAP, or related platforms preferred.\nStrong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.\nPosition requires travel: willingness to travel as required to support client and business development activities.\nThis is an exempt position, so you will have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.\nWhat makes us different?\nOn the surface, we’re one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms.
