Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the SQL language, data modelling and database performance tuning.
  • Experience designing and building large Cloud-ready, highly scalable, and distributed software.
  • Understanding of relational, NoSQL and columnar structures.
  • Good to Have: SQL Server 2019 and higher.
  • Database optimisation tools (i. e. SQL Compass, SolarWinds).
  • Some experience in Google Cloud Platform: GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, BigQuery & Looker would be an advantage.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (i. e., SSIS, Dataflow).
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (i. e., SSRS, Looker).
  • Has at least 10 years of practical experience in database architecture and administration.
  • Candidates should have a history of delivering high-performance, high-availability, efficient and scalable systems.
  • Has experience architecting enterprise cloud-native data pipelines.
  • Is familiar with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Possesses a BTech/BE/MTech/MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Has at least 12+ years of experience.
