If you are ready to create unforgettable experiences and grow as a person and as a professional, apply today.\nResponsibilities:\nSpecialized shipboard-based photography position that ensures operational excellence and\noutstanding Guest experience, related to the portrait studio.\nExpert in both photographic and sales skills and the ability to interact with guests, team\nmembers, and management in a positive and helpful manner to enhance the performance of\nthe onboard operation.\nActive participant in planning and implementing strategies to develop the team, drive revenue,\nand ensure company standards are followed.\nContinually drive the business by looking for ways to improve revenues and product offerings,\nby creating standard reports on bookings, sales and conversion KPIs\nSchedule and perform private photo shoot.\nWork with Guests to determine desired look and feel of the photo shoot.\nEdit photos for highest quality product.\nPerform review and sales process, order selected products\nDrive booking generating activities by identifying pre-cruise opportunities, train Photographers\nto create Portrait Studio leads\nEvaluate marketing and promotional opportunities to drive sales\nPartner with Manager Photography to focus on operational process and service level\nimprovements while introducing new and/or existing product offerings\nMinimumRequirements\nEssential:\nMinimum three years photography experience\nMinimum one year portrait studio photography experience within the last 2 years\nDesirable:\nShip experience preferred\nEducational qualification in photography or similar\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a shipboard role\nYou must:\nBe genuinely interested in a career at sea and willing to live and work onboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel\nBe willing to follow and perform safety role, emergency responsibilities and associated responsibilities as specified in the ship Assembly Plan\nBe willing to uphold the general safety management responsibilities as specified in the Safety Management System in areas and operations under their control\nIf applicable, be willing to share a confined cabin with other crew members and appreciative of working and living in a multicultural environment that has strict rules and regulations\nYour Responsibilities:\nHave a valid passport and C1/D Seaman's visa (DCL will provide you with documents to obtain this)\nComplete a pre-employment medical\nObtain a criminal background check\nBring approved work shoes\nDisney Cruise Line is a drug-free workplace.
