Report discrepancies to management\n\nTo ensure that production processes, as well as machines, other equipment are used economically throughout.\n\nTo ensure ongoing continual improvements of processes and overall productivity.\n\nTo implement lean manufacturing principles wherever applicable.\n\nInventory Management: Monitor RM, FG, and consumable stock. Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification \n\nMaintain MIS reports and Inventory responsibility for input and finished goods, including weekly/Monthly inventory reports to the Facility Manager.\n\nTo maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and by maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.\n\nTo resolve personal problems by analysing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.\n\nCoordinate with the Logistics team for timely dispatches. Ensure correct material and quantities are dispatched. \n\nGeneral responsibilities:\nEnsure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritisation of workload skills.\n\nEnsure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the company.\n\nEnsure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.\n\nWillingness to travel frequently across PFC site locations, sometimes at short notice, including other places as per the needs of the project or the company.\n\nWork closely with the PFC team and Partners.\n\nNote: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks.
