from legal and finance alignment to product visibility and marketing execution.\nYou will not be responsible for designing campaigns yourself, but for orchestrating and ensuring flawless execution, managing follow-ups, tracking performance, and maintaining strong partner relationships.\nThis is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong communication skills, commercial sensitivity, and fast reaction time.\nChallenges that await you:\nIdentify and evaluate new brands and merchants to integrate into cashback and MSI programs.\nManage and coordinate cashback initiatives end-to-end:\nApp visibility\nInternal alignment\nReconciliation and payments\nOngoing follow-up\nLead the onboarding process for new partners, coordinating across Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and App teams.\nServe as the main point of contact for assigned partners and key accounts.\nAlign cashback mechanics, commercial terms, and campaign conditions directly with partners.\nCoordinate marketing campaign launches and ensure proper document execution and approvals.\nTrack performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities to increase cashback volumes.\nCoordinate potential investment discussions and ensure internal alignment when required.\nMaintain strong ongoing partner relationships and ensure smooth program execution.\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nBachelor’s degree (field of study open).\nAdvanced English ans spanish (mandatory) -
