from role briefing to offer acceptance - with a primary focus on Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts\nBuilding strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy\nDeveloping and executing sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative channels\nConducting HR interviews to assess candidates’ experience, competencies, motivation, and alignment with the role\nTracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the hiring process\nManaging the offer process, including candidate communication, negotiations, and offer acceptance\nImproving recruitment processes and contributing to team-wide initiatives\nWhat makes you a great fit:\n3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a deep understanding of Non-IT roles (Product, Design, Analytics etc.)\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills -
