This position performs monitoring, testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems, support equipment, and associated electrical, mechanical, and sensor integration systems in accordance with company procedures and technical specifications.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPerform unmanned aviation ground handling operations.\nConduct UAV launch and recovery operations.\nMaintain and troubleshoot aircraft systems and subsystems.\nPerform maintenance and repair of aircraft structures.\nRespond to and resolve emergency situations as they arise.\nEnsure company standards and procedures are implemented and followed in daily operations.\nMaintain equipment used to support aircraft mission activities.\nAnalyze and interpret equipment logs and maintenance records.\nDiagnose and resolve operational and maintenance issues.\nAssist with aircraft modifications, testing, and integration activities supporting R&D efforts.\nPerform other duties as necessary and/or required.\nBasic Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of relevant experience.\nValid driver's license.\nAbility to perform routine and preventive maintenance on aircraft systems, subsystems, and ground support equipment.\nExperience diagnosing and troubleshooting engines, flight controls, avionics, technology systems, and associated components.\nKnowledge of rigging equipment and safe rigging techniques.\nAbility to travel up to 50% CONUS and OCONUS.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.\nMay be required to operate vehicles with a manual transmission.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.\nMilitary aviation maintenance experience.\nExperience supporting deployed UAS ISR operations.\nComposite, structural, and mechanical repair experience.\nExperience supporting aircraft development, testing, or research programs.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.\nAbility to distinguish differences in wire and indicator light colors.\nOperation of hand and power tools.\nLifting, carrying, and/or moving tools, equipment, and components weighing up to 50 pounds.\nWorking in confined spaces and around aircraft.\nAscending and descending ladders or stairs as
