This position will support the Company’s contracting process with vendors, customers, partners and others by managing a significant portion of day-to-day operations of the contracts administration function. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Contracts. \nHybrid role 1 day per week \nEssential Responsibilities\nManage the entire contract lifecycle from contract initiation to contract execution\nManage a contracts management database and online contracts administration tools\nReview contracts signed by Platform Science and accurately and succinctly/comprehensively summarize pertinent dates, contract obligations and terms and deviations from approved Company templates so that they may be appropriately tracked through Company tools\nAdminister and manage day-to-day contract functions: initiating contract signatures, contract drafting, archiving documents, contract tracking, reporting and data entry \nPartner with the Program Management function to translate PS contractual obligations into tracked, measured internal tasks or other operational parameters\nCollaborate with the Finance department and other internal stakeholders to ensure contract renewals are considered and implemented in an appropriate manner\nManage vendor form agreements and vendor agreement process with the procurement team\nManage the NDA process\nAdminister the negotiation of certain contracts and help determine issues for legal, financial or other functional team review \nExperience\n5+ years of progressive, substantial, and successful experience with contracts management and administration, preferably in the technology industry including: software licensing, hardware procurement, professional services, and NDAs \nExperience with contract administration, contract negotiation, contract reviews, preparation of contract summaries, business processes, redlining and documenting the same as well as training appropriate personnel throughout the Company \nStrong attention to detail and highly organized\nComfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic, matrixed environment that is rapidly scaling\nBachelor’s degree \nThe company offers various benefits to regular, full-time employees including:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nShort-term and long-term disability insurances\nAD&D and life insurance\n401k plan\nPaid vacation, sick leave and holidays\nSix weeks of paid parental leave\nFor more information please see theBenefits Highlights brochure for regular, full-time employees. \nIn addition, you can access the Benefit Highlights brochure for regular, full-time employees by copying and pasting the link into your browser: https://www.platformscience.com/benefi ts \nThis is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $61,400 to $100,100 The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
