our goal is to develop the best products to solve our client’s needs.\nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES | THE WHAT & THE HOW\nThe Essentials\nSoftware DevelopmentIndependently develop, test, enhance, and maintain iOS applications and solutions to a high standard, taking ownership of features and modules from design through to release.\n\nTechnical Design Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software architecture alongside senior engineers, and make sound design decisions within your areas of ownership.\nBuild and implement new features while maintaining and enhancing the existing functionality of iOS apps.\nIntegrate RESTful APIs and work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless communication between the app and server.\n\nCode Reviews Conduct and participate in code reviews, upholding code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards, and helping to raise the bar across the team.\n\nTroubleshooting and DebuggingIndependently troubleshoot, identify, and resolve complex issues related to app performance, bugs, and compatibility across different devices.\n\nDocumentationCreate and maintain technical documentation including design documents, specifications, and user manuals.\n\nCollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.\n\nContinuous ImprovementStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives within the organisation.\n\nProject ManagementOwn the delivery of your features and tasks end-to-end - managing timelines effectively and proactively communicating progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.\n\nMentoringSupport and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and guiding them on best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving.\n\nTechnical Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or provable, self-taught development skills with a good understanding of how systems work. \n4 -
