In this role, you will help build, maintain, and support the software engine powers our public SaaS platform, accelerating developer velocity, improving build times and delivering higher quality with each new release.\nYou will be part of a globally distributed team responsible for delivering reliable, automated, and scalable build infrastructure and tooling. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in CI/CD, build engineering, test platform integrations, Jenkins or similar tools, Linux, Python, and Bash and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild, maintain, and operate our software engine that powers our public SaaS infrastructure, accelerating developer velocity, improving build times and \nDesign and manage infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices\nDevelop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and consistent software delivery\nMonitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and service issues in AWS and Linux environments\nWrite automation scripts and tooling in Python and Bash\nCollaborate with product engineering, support, and customer teams to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability\nParticipate in an on-call rotation during US Eastern timezone hours\nOperate within an agile/scrum workflow, contributing to planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for operational processes.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3-6 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering or Build Engineering roles\nHands-on experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code, and managing cloud-native environments\nStrong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Teamcity)\nSolid understanding and operational experience with a major cloud platform such as AWS or Oracle Cloud or Google Cloud or Azure\nProficiency with Linux, system administration, Python and shell scripting\nA performance oriented mindset, with a strong desire to optimize build times, improve build reliability, and be relentlessly driven to make the software engine work faster and better.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development environment\nAbility to work independently and proactively during US Eastern timezone hours\nNice to Have:\nUnderstanding of spec driven development using either Github spec-kit, or claude superpowers\nUnderstanding of decomposing long and complex builds into a more modular and component build process\nExperience with Golang\nExposure to OpenStack environments\nKnowledge of cloud security and best practices for SaaS platforms\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools such as
