And we are looking to add a seasoned DevOps manager to our tight-knit and engineering team\nPosition Summary\nAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own key parts of the infrastructure behind our SaaS platform, from design through day-to-day reliability. This role is for a hands-on engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud-native technologies.\nAs a key member of the Engineering Operations team, you will be a go-to engineer for Kubernetes, automation, and SaaS platform scaling. You will turn the team’s DevOps roadmap into working systems, replacing manual processes with robust, scalable automation.\nYou will contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and process improvements across the team. Expect to keep our infrastructure reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as we grow, and to mentor junior engineers along the way.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the design, build, and operation of core infrastructure for our SaaS platform, including Kubernetes clusters, OpenStack environments, and supporting services on AWS and OCI.\nAutomate provisioning, configuration, and deployments with infrastructure as code (Terragrunt/Terraform).\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines in partnership with the engineering teams.\nImprove monitoring, alerting, and observability so we catch problems before customers do.\nTroubleshoot production issues, take part in the on-call rotation, and drive root-cause analysis to closure.\nApply Kubernetes and cloud security best practices across the stack.\nKeep infrastructure reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as usage grows.\nContribute to architecture decisions and the DevOps roadmap, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and clear runbooks.\nRequirements\n6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, ideally in high-growth, cloud-native environments.\nStrong production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster administration, upgrades, networking, and troubleshooting.\nSolid grasp of Kubernetes security best practices, such as RBAC, network policies, and secrets management.\nExperience deploying, operating, and scaling SaaS platforms with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.\nProficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Terragrunt, or similar) on AWS or OCI.\nStrong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.\nSolid Linux administration and networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and NAT.\nIncident management experience, including on-call, troubleshooting under pressure, and writing clear postmortems.\nA track record of owning infrastructure projects end to end with minimal supervision.\nA holistic, systems-engineering approach to delivering technology solutions.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with OpenStack or other open-source infrastructure projects.\nAdvanced experience with CI/CD methodologies and tooling.\nExperience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Cortex, Loki, or Groundcover.\nExperience defining and tracking SLOs, SLIs, and other operational metrics.\nConfiguration management experience with Salt, Ansible, Chef, or similar.\nFamiliarity with industry-standard security practices and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.\nTo succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a hands-on engineer with a strong sense of ownership for your work and a passion for working in a data-driven organization.\nBenefits and Perks\nEmployees today are looking for companies that truly care and recognise their whole person.
