Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd.\n\nJob Summary: To lead the Company’s Learning and Development function by designing and implementing training initiatives that enhance employee capability, Sales Agent productivity, leadership effectiveness, and overall business performance.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nDevelop and implement the annual training calendar, ensuring critical learning needs across the business are effectively addressed.\n\nLead Sales Agent recruitment and retention initiatives to drive workforce growth and improve productivity.\n\nLead onboarding, induction, and continuous learning programs to equip employees and Sales Agents with the skills and knowledge required for success.\n\nConduct training needs assessments and implement Training of Trainers (TOT) programs to strengthen the coaching and people development capabilities of Managers, Team Leaders, and Heads of Departments.\n\nManage the Learning Management System (LMS) and develop training content, including manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and other learning resources.\n\nMonitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment, retention, and training initiatives, recommending improvements to enhance performance and employee engagement.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience: \n\nBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of five (5) years’ experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a similar role\n\nCertification in Training of Trainers (TOT).\n\nStrong skills in training content development and report writing.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nKnowledge of recruitment, retention, and sales force development practices.\n\nExperience in the microfinance, banking, or financial services sector is an added advantage.\n\nHow to Apply: \n\nTo apply, submit your application, detailed CV and testimonials to the address below;\n\nThe Human Resource Manager;\n\nPlatinum Credit (U) Ltd\n\nSend your application by;\n\nEmail to: \n\nDeadline: 26th October 2026\n\nNB: PHL does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status or sexual orientation in any of its activities or operations.
