In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights through Power BI and MicroStrategy dashboards and reports, supporting mission-critical IT operations, sustainment, and decision-making for DoD networks and systems.\nThis role is located in Fort Belvoir, VA or Albuquerque, NM. Candidate must hold an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain TS/SCI.\nWhat you get to do.\nDesign, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and dossiers using Power BI and MicroStrategy.\nIdentify, extract, and analyze data supporting IT operations and system sustainment.\nPerform ETL from disparate structured and unstructured data sources for analytics and visualization.\nPartner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into visualization solutions.\nAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.\nValidate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting anomalies, and optimize dashboard performance.\nProvide end-user guidance, documentation, and training on visualization tools.\nMaintain SOPs, data dictionaries, technical and architectural documentation, and compliance traceability.\nEnsure applicable solutions comply with DoD STIGs and IL5/IL6/IL7 requirements.\nRequired Skills.\nU.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance at hire, with ability to obtain TS/SCI.\nExperience supporting DoD environments and applying STIG and IL5/IL6/IL7 requirements.\nActive IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP).\nBachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10-13 years; a doctorate may be considered. Additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree.\nProven enterprise experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.\nAdvanced Power BI skills, including DAX and Power Query, and MicroStrategy experience with Dossiers and standard reports.\nStrong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data warehouses.\nExperience with ETL processes using structured and unstructured data.\nKnowledge of IT operations and sustainment, including using operational data to support these functions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical findings to nontechnical audiences.\nThe Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
