Overall duties include assisting with the planning, preparation of training and orientation for new team members, organizing and monitoring work processes to ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. Account Supervisors must be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously and will hold themselves personally accountable to ensure that clients are satisfied with the quality of our service.\nPay Rate\nStarting from USD $20.00/Hr.Available Benefits for All Employees\nFree Telemedicine*\nFree Prescription Discount Program\nFree Employee Assistance Programs\nGet paid when you need it with PNC EarnedIt\nFinancial Wellness Support from PNC Workplace Banking\nHands-on-Training & Support\nCareer Development\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate closely with the Manager to promptly address concerns, develop solutions, and ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.\nTrain new Team Members on the facility’s scope of work, proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, safety requirements, and performance expectations.\nDirectly oversee Team Members to ensure assigned duties and quality standards are consistently met.\nInspect work performed by Team Members and provide coaching and direction when corrective action is needed; escalate significant or recurring performance issues to the Manager.\nAssist Team Members with technical issues, equipment concerns, or more complex cleaning assignments.\nFollow up on client, management, and Team Member requests to ensure issues are resolved timely and appropriately.\nCommunicate building changes, operational updates, and changes to the scope of work to the janitorial team and Manager.\nMonitor employee attendance, work assignments, productivity, and adherence to established work requirements, and promptly communicate concerns to the Manager.\nIdentify opportunities to improve cleaning quality, efficiency, staffing, and overall account performance and work with the Manager to implement solutions.\nMaintain regular communication with the Manager regarding account conditions, employee performance, client concerns, and any issues requiring attention.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nSkills Required\nBe able to lead by example to ensure daily tasks, project work, requests, and work orders are completed on time and within company and customer expectations.\nBe polite and respectful with clients, guests, and co-workers.\nMaintain a friendly and safe work environment.\nCreate a work environment where employees want to work with you.\nManage the “day to day” activities, ad hoc requests, etc.\nExperience\nMinimum of 2 years of experience working in a janitorial capacity required. \nMinimum of 1 year of experience working in a supervisory capacity preferred.\nEducation\nMust be 18 years of age.\nWork Environment/Hours\nfull-time non-exempt (hourly) position.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift items of up to 35 lbs. while moving around and perform other physical duties (i.e., climb ladder, lifting, bending).\nBe able to adapt and work as a team to ensure daily tasks, project work, requests and work orders are completed on time and within company expectations.\nAbility to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking.\nEEO Statement\nPCFS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
