senior management team and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives;\nLead the B2C team towards achieving the goal;\nHelp in management and growth product team;\nDrive the development of innovative products and services, establishing new unique selling propositions in key markets and ensuring differentiation from competitors;\nMaintain comprehensive visibility of product operations and growth, facilitating timely data-informed decisions across the organization;\nDevelop and manage the end-to-end process for collecting business requirements, incorporating inputs from Executives, and ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment;\nWork collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance while ensuring revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals are met; \nMaintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning;\nCommunicate the state of projects across;\nConduct and analyze various A/B testing use cases and optimizations to improve conversions.\nRequirements\n4-5+ years experience in product management, preferably B2C E-com, Ticketing, Travel;\n1-2+ years experience with a lead role; \nEnglish and Russian proficiency is a must;\nExperience in A/B testing;\nExperienced with agile planning, development, and communication management tools: JIRA, Slack, and similar;\nExperienced working as part of a distributed & remote team;\nA great sense for business, technology, and UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic environment;\nAbility to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them;\nExperience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions would be an advantage;\nExperience working on ticketing platforms, e-commerce websites, and marketplace would be an advantage;\nExperience working with AI-agents and LLM-models for improving process and clients features would be an advantage. \nAbility to create, maintain, and adapt product roadmaps;\nPrioritize features based on strategic impact, user value, and ROI;\nTranslating high-level company objectives (OKRs) into actionable product/feature goals;\nNegotiating requirements, timelines, and resources with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners;\nConducting user interviews, focus groups, or usability testing;\nCreating user personas and journeys;\nUnderstanding how web applications are structured (APIs, front-end frameworks, hosting, cloud services);\nProficiency in interpreting data from Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets;\nWorking effectively with designers, developers, QA testers, marketing, finance, and ops teams;\nComfortable leading demos, retrospective sessions, and stakeholder
