You will get\nto know our user ICPs inside out, come up with winning scripts and concepts, and write sharp briefs that get agencies and internal teams moving\nfast. You will lead a small team of copywriters and designers, and work closely with the Head of Growth and the performance marketing team at\nthis early stage of the company.\nWhat You Will Own\nOwn performance marketing creative from idea to shipped ad, across formats and channels (Meta, YouTube, Google).\nGet to know PlatinumRx’s user ICPs inside out: who they are, where they are, and why they choose us. Turn that into creative that converts.\nCome up with winning scripts and concepts, then test and iterate based on what the data tells you.\nWrite sharp creative briefs that turn campaign goals into clear direction for agencies and internal teams.\nBuild a fast-learning creative engine: structured testing, quick iteration, and clear read-outs on what's working.\nHire and manage a small team of copywriters and designers focused on performance creative, and set the process and quality bar.\nWork closely with the performance marketing team day to day, and manage agencies and freelancers externally.\nPartner closely with the Head of Growth and bring a strong point of view on performance creative strategy.\nWho We Are Looking For\nExperience: 4-6 years in creative strategy, copywriting, or creative direction, with strong performance marketing chops. D2C, e-commerce, q-commerce, or agency backgrounds are all welcome; taste and output matter more than pedigree.\nTechnical Depth: Strong hands-on experience creating for performance channels (Meta, YouTube, Google). Comfortable briefing and directing designers, editors, and copywriters, and speaks the language of user ICPs.\nAnalytical: Comfortable with the basics: can read a dashboard, knows what good numbers look like, and asks the right questions. You don't need to build models from scratch.\nLeadership: Has led or mentored copywriters and designers before. Strong with agencies and vendors.
