We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead to drive sales performance, mentor team members, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls when required.
• Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
• Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• D.Pharm/ B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.
• 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or related sales roles.
• Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales ability.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

• English - Mandatory
• Hindi - Mandatory
• Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, or any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
