Сейчас мы ищем в команду инженера технической поддержки L3.

Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Поддержка и мониторинг инфраструктуры (Linux, Docker, сервисы)
  • Приём задач от 2-й линии: воспроизвести → диагностировать → решить или эскалировать
  • Разбор ошибок сервисов (логи, метрики) и заведение багов на разработчиков с шагами воспроизведения
  • Дежурства по алертам, разбор инцидентов по runbook'ам
  • Мониторинг через Grafana, Loki и метрики
  • Помощь с CI/CD (GitLab, раннеры)
  • Документирование процессов и инцидентов

Ожидания от кандидата

  • Linux уверенно: процессы, systemd, сеть, логи, права
  • Docker + docker-compose
  • Git, базовое понимание CI/CD
  • Знание SQL-запросов
  • Умение чётко описать проблему: воспроизвести, собрать логи, оформить баг
  • Английский на уровне чтения технической документации
  • Умение работать с AI-инструментами - в первую очередь с Claude Code

Будет плюсом

  • Мониторинг: Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager
  • Опыт с Yandex Cloud
  • Ansible, Nginx, Python
  • VPN: Tailscale / OpenVPN, LDAP
  • Опыт с Яндекс Трекер
