experience in Integration Testing and Regression Testing.\n\n- Experience coordinating UAT and Release Validation.\n\n- Proficiency in Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nGenAI Skills :\n\n- Hands-on experience with GenAI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools for AI-assisted development.\n\n- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to AI tools.\n\n- Ability to critically review, validate, and test AI-generated code and content before implementation.\n\n- Basic understanding of LLM concepts, including RAG, context windows, hallucinations, and responsible AI practices.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with Databricks validation frameworks.\n\n- Hands-on experience with PySpark testing.\n\n- Knowledge of performance testing and performance validation.\n\n- Experience working on banking
