Summary : \n\nWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Technical Lead to lead the design, development, deployment, and governance of enterprise-grade AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Generative AI technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nSolution Design & Architecture : \n\n- Lead discovery workshops and convert business requirements into Copilot Studio solution designs.\n\n- Design enterprise-grade copilots, virtual assistants, and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\n- Define architecture patterns, integration approaches, security controls, and governance frameworks.\n\n- Establish reusable components, accelerators, and best practices for AI solution delivery.\n\nDevelopment & Technical Leadership : \n\n- Lead the development of conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\n- Design and develop custom topics, agent instructions, skills, plugins, connectors, and integrations.\n\n- Build intelligent workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.\n\n- Integrate enterprise applications using Dataverse, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and third-party platforms.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.\n\n- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers and citizen developers.\n\nAI & Agentic Solutions : \n\n- Lead implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures.\n\n- Configure enterprise knowledge sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure AI Search, ServiceNow, and other business systems.\n\n- Design orchestration strategies using topics, tools, connectors, MCP integrations, and agent flows.\n\n- Optimize agent performance, prompt design, and response quality.\n\nGovernance, Security & Compliance : \n\n- Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Implement DLP policies, access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.\n\n- Define operational procedures, deployment standards, and lifecycle management processes.\n\n- Ensure solutions comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.\n\nDelivery & Stakeholder Management : \n\n- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery managers, and customers.\n\n- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and enterprise implementations.\n\n- Support effort estimation, solution planning, and technical proposal creation.\n\n- Drive adoption, knowledge transfer, and enablement programs.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\n- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).\n\n- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.\n\n- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Generative AI concepts.\n\n- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connector development.\n\n- Proficiency in one or more programming languages : C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.\n\n- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment.\n\nLeadership Skills : \n\n- Technical team leadership and mentoring experience.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.\n\n- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\n- Ability to lead workshops, architecture discussions, and solution reviews.\n\nPreferred Certifications : \n\n- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert\n\n- Microsoft Certified : Power
