If you want to learn sales properly, take on real ownership early, and grow with a company that's still being built - let's talk.\nWhat you'll actually do:\nOwn our prospecting pipeline end-to-end: from first outreach to closing new leads - via phone, email, and social media, talking directly to decision-makers across the wholesale industry.\n\nTest new ways to generate both outbound and inbound leads, and cut what doesn't work.\n\nBecome the go-to expert on our product, the wholesale market, and our customers - and use that to actually convince leads, not just recite a generic pitch.\n\nIndependently research potential B2B customers and build sales materials and presentations that land.\n\nWrite and refine call scripts and communication templates, and share what you learn through internal trainings and workshops with the team.\n\nWork AI-native: actively look for ways to use AI tools to move faster, experiment with new approaches, and share what works - that's core to how we operate at Plato.\n\nYour qualifications\nWe care less about ticking boxes on a skills list and more about how you think: are you someone who finds a way forward when something's unclear, and brings real drive to make it happen? The rest - tools, tactics, specific sales techniques - you'll learn here.
