At Plato you learn it hands-on: from week one you talk to owners and managing directors in the wholesale industry, book meetings for our AEs and get direct coaching from our sales team.\nIn this role you will:\nOwn your prospecting pipeline from first outreach to booked meeting, via phone, email and LinkedIn.\nTalk directly to decision-makers at mid-market distributors across Germany and beyond.\nResearch target accounts and build lead lists, sequences and materials that land.\nTest new outreach channels and messages, keep what works and cut what doesn't.\nWrite and refine call scripts and templates, and share what you learn with the team.\nWork AI-native: use AI tools to move faster and show the team what works.\nHand over qualified leads to our AEs and join their calls to learn the full sales cycle.\nYour qualifications\nWe care less about your CV and more about how you think and how hard you push.
