Our mission is to make Latin America a technology superpower. We do it by training companies and individuals in areas such as AI, Cybersecurity, English, Programming and Leadership.\nAs an industry leader, our presence is highlighted by our massive and fanatic community, extensive press coverage and a daily stream of success stories from students. We operate mostly remote, with key offices in Bogotá, Medellín and Mexico City.\nSummary\nYou are the bridge between what Platzi Learn can do and what the client needs. You understand their business, you know the platform inside out, and you turn company content into learning experiences that actually solve their problems and move the metrics they care about.\nWhy this role exists\nAs Platzi Learn grows with enterprise clients, the bottleneck is implementation: building courses, regenerating clips, creating simulators, prioritizing improvements with real pedagogical judgment, and staying with the client from their first steps in Platzi until their contract goals are met.\nWhat you'll do\nGuide new and existing clients through their Platzi Learn implementation, from onboarding to results.\nBuild and review generated courses with a critical eye: clip quality, pedagogical structure, content clarity, and student experience.\nBe the bridge between the client and the internal team. Spot friction, document it, and communicate it with context so client feedback shapes the product.\nUnderstand each client's business well enough to turn their needs into concrete decisions inside the platform.\nTrain the client's content teams so they can run Platzi Learn on their own.\nRequirements\nWhat you need\n3+ years in customer success, implementation, instructional design, or learning experience design.\nExperience in B2B SaaS or edtech.\nExperience managing enterprise clients as your main point of contact.\nPortuguese at B2 minimum, spoken and written.\nEnglish at B2 minimum, spoken and written.\nBackground in instructional design, pedagogy, or corporate training.\nHands-on experience with AI tools for content generation.\nBenefits\nHardware\nWith Platzi's help, you will have 100% of the necessary work tools such as a laptop, smartphone, desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and other accessories.\nBooks\nWe provide you with all the books you need to grow professionally on Kindle, and we give you the Kindle too .\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nAt Platzi, we believe in gender equity and the importance of parents in the upbringing and care of their children. We make this a reality for new mothers and fathers through extended maternity and paternity leave.\nOption Pool\nAll members of the Platzi Team have the opportunity to own a part of Platzi and have company shares.\nVacation\nYou have 15 days of vacation per year regardless of the country you are in, starting from the moment you join the team.\nOnline Therapy\nWe care about your emotional health by covering the first four online therapy sessions with specialized companies.\nTeam Syncs\nAlthough we are in different parts of the world, Platzi teams meet in person during the year to exchange ideas, build, and strengthen bonds.\nVilla Platzi\nEvery year, the entire team gathers somewhere in the world for a week to meet face-to-face, get to know each other, have interesting discussions, and plan ambitious projects.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3472,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Portuguese","level":"Upper-Intermediate (B2)","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"Upper-Intermediate (B2)","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Vocational Education","E-learning"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-16T23:13:23Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":75,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.831,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":16,"expected_fill_days":29,"reasons":["conf:3","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-11-02T06:13:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/platzi-learning-solutions-consultant-portuguese","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/platzi-learning-solutions-consultant-portuguese.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-02T16:47:53Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":23439,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-03T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":61491},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=61491"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fplatzi-learning-solutions-consultant-portuguese"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fplatzi-learning-solutions-consultant-portuguese"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fplatzi-learning-solutions-consultant-portuguese"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/platzi-learning-solutions-consultant-portuguese\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fplatzi-learning-solutions-consultant-portuguese"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2748359}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"platzi.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2748359},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
