What you will do
Brand Authority & Strategy: Develop and execute a localized "Go-to-Market" playbook for HK&MC that directly challenges rising competitors and captures market share.
Integrated Campaigns: Lead 360-degree marketing initiatives across PR, digital, social, OOH, KOL and offline channels to drive massive gains in brand recall and trust.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with regional leadership to align marketing spends with business growth targets in HK&MC markets.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
Creative & Innovative Marketing: Highly creative with a proven track record of developing and executing innovative, "out-of-the-box" marketing campaigns.
Strategic Partnerships & Negotiation: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently lead and close business negotiations for co-branding initiatives and strategic partnerships.
OOH & Influencer Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and executing successful influencer/KOL marketing campaigns.
Local Market Mastery: Deep understanding of Hong Kong's diverse cultural and business circles, backed by a highly active presence in local events and networking.
Commercial Accountability: Direct experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement with strict accountability for driving business metrics and sales targets.
Language Proficiency: Trilingual fluency is strictly required; must possess professional working proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
