Let's talk.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport Business Goals\nAlign the Mobile development roadmap with broader business objectives and product vision to drive impactful outcomes.\nStreamline feature delivery to accelerate time-to-market for key mobile casino applications.\nPartner closely with product managers and key stakeholders to turn user feedback into innovative, high-impact mobile solutions.\nManagement & Leadership\nManage a dedicated mobile engineering team responsible for multiple cross-platform Flutter applications.\nManage daily stand-up calls, assign tickets, and coordinate with backend and QA teams for requirement clarifications and API-related issues.\nWork closely with the Product Owner and Brand Lead, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.\nLead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of Flutter and mobile engineers to perform at their best.\nEmpower team members through regular 1-on-1s, insightful technical code reviews, and structured career development support.\nCultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and forward-thinking engineering culture.\nLeverage a deep understanding of technical architecture to drive impactful, scalable design decisions.\nTrack and resolve technical debt.\nSuggest and implement improvements to the mobile engineering team structure and manage team workload and capacity according to evolving business needs.\nCompliance & Security\nEnforce rigorous data protection, privacy standards, and secure coding practices suited for regulated iGaming environments.\nEnsure mobile applications comply with regulatory frameworks and audit requirements.\nProactively protect applications against security vulnerabilities through regular audits, active dependency management, and threat modelling.\nConduct code reviews, approve MRs, and manage build releases.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of professional mobile development experience (iOS or Android), with 3+ years dedicated hands-on experience building, scaling, and deploying applications using Flutter and Dart.\n1+ years in a technical lead, principal, or senior engineering role with a proven track record of architecting apps and mentoring engineering teams.\nProven experience shipping and maintaining at least two production Flutter applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.\nDeep technical mastery of production state management patterns like BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider, alongside clean architecture principles and modular software design.\nSolid proficiency in native mobile development using Swift or Kotlin to build platform channels, write custom native plugins, and resolve platform-specific issues.\nHands-on experience setting up and managing mobile CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.\nStrong expertise in writing unit, widget, and integration tests to drive test coverage, quality assurance, and code reliability.\nProficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, offline storage, and performance profiling using Flutter DevTools to optimize frame rates and memory usage.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with product and design teams, and lead agile sprint planning.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with optional experience deploying Flutter to Web or Desktop platforms.\nWhat we offer\nA hybrid working model.\nCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.\nBrand new offices.\nPrivate parking.\nPrivate Health insurance.\nWellness allowance up to €600 per year.\nEmployee assistance program with Richmond Foundation.\nBirthday wishes with something special.\nOffice lunches and daily nibbles such as fresh fruit and healthy snacks.\nMeal allowance.\nLots of great company discounts.\n\"By submitting your application, you understand that your personal data will be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by clicking here.
