WhatsApp, phone, and social media skills while engaging with parents and students.\n\nBuild practical CRM experience by logging enquiries, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records.\n\nGain scheduling and coordination experience by managing Trial Class bookings and liaising with our centres.\n\nStrengthen administrative and teamwork skills through daily operations tasks and cross-centre coordination.\n\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n\nFrontline Support & Communication\n\nHandle parent and student enquiries across WhatsApp, phone and social media with clear, friendly responses and timely follow-ups.\n\nEscalate and track any issues with centre staff until they are resolved.\n\nScheduling & CRM\n\nCoordinate Trial Class bookings, confirm schedules with parents and individual centres, and send reminders as needed.\n\nLog enquiries, update customer records and maintain follow-up tasks in our CRM to keep data accurate.\n\nOperations & Administration\n\nSupport daily centre operations with administrative tasks, basic data entry and cross-centre coordination.\n\nCollect parent feedback and suggest simple improvements to help the team deliver smoother experiences.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nComfortable communicating in English and Mandarin.\n\nAble to work from our office in Kota Damansara and available to work 5 days per week.\n\nStudents from Business, Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, Administration or related fields are welcome to apply.\n\nHard Skills & Knowledge\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer systems.\n\nWilling to learn CRM or customer management systems.\n\nOrganised and detail-oriented with
