Join us in reshaping technology's role to foster meaningful, real-world connections.\nThe Role You’llPlay \nDrive the strategy, configuration, and scaling of Playlist’s global Apple and Windows device fleets using Jamf and Intune. \nDevelop and maintain runbooks for future M&A scenarios-ensuring device management practices can scale securely and efficiently. \nEnsure endpoint fleets consistently meet Playlist’s security baselines and implement iterative improvements. \nSupport integration planning and execution for systems related to mergers and acquisitions. \nOwn and manage technical projects-including requirements gathering, task tracking, and stakeholder communication. \nPartner cross-functionally to identify and resolve technical or workflow-related friction points. \nParticipate in the IT Engineering “shield” rotation to support escalations from our internal support team. \nExperience You Bring \n6+ years of IT Engineering experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. \n4+ years of hands-on experience managing MDM tools, especially Jamf and Intune. \nProven track record in automating processes across Cloud SaaS platforms \nAdvanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure and endpoint management\nStrong time management and prioritization skills, with a disciplined approach to documentation and knowledge sharing \nExperience influencing both short- and long-term IT strategy and roadmaps. \nMust have experience with: \nCloud platforms: Azure, AWS \n MDM tools: Jamf Pro (Connect + Protect), Microsoft Intune \nServer & device management: Windows Server, macOS device compliance \nSSO & Identity: Experience implementing SSO and managing identity systems \nSystem integration: Proficient in API-based integrations \nCompliance & Security Knowledge \nFamiliarity with leading IT and InfoSec frameworks: \nITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls \nPCI, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, HITRUST \nUnderstanding of regulatory requirements related to: \nPII, PHI, and financial data \nData residency and international compliance standards \nAdditional Strengths \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills-able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. \nComfortable presenting recommendations and documentation to business and executive audiences. \nStakeholder management \nPay transparency \nPlaylist intends to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of our compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. \nActual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. \nThe base salary range for this position in the United States is $122,000 - $150,000.
