We'reseeking a strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to design and elevate our compensation programs, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our global organization.\nThe Role You'll Play\nConduct market pricing and benchmarking, leveragingindustry-leading survey data and analytical tools to maintaincompetitive compensation strategies \nCollaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to develop nuanced offer recommendations and conduct strategic employee pay reviews \nDesign and maintainrobust salary structures, job architecture, and dynamic pay ranges that reflect market trends and organizational needs \nCreate compelling dashboards, predictive models, and executive-level reporting that transform complex compensation data into actionable insights \nChampion paytransparency and ensure rigorous compliance with evolving regulatory requirements \nArchitect and refine incentive programs that motivate and align with our company's strategic objectives \nDrive continuous improvement of compensation tools, processes, and analytical methodologies \n The Experience You’ll Bring\n5+ years of progressive compensation experience, with deep expertisein the technology sector \nComprehensive understanding of compensation surveys, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks \nProven experience supporting compensation strategies across multiple countries, with nuanced knowledge of US and international market pricing dynamics \nAdvanced analytical capabilities, with mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation management tools \nDemonstrated experience managing complex compensation cycles (experience with Pave, Dayforce, Workday is a plus) \nExceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders \nStrong business acumen with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills \nMeticulous attention to detail coupled with a proactive sense of ownership and strategic thinking \nExperience supporting compensation in multiple countries and familiarity with US and international market pricing \nAbility to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders \nHave we piqued your curiosity?\nSound like the role for you?
